Carly spent sixteen years in automotive before running her own financial services business. She helped move finance submissions at St George Bank from fax to email, then founded and scaled Get My Refund into a multimillion-dollar business recognised in the AFR Top 100 Companies for Growth in Australia.
She later founded Remediation Alliance and now works with businesses to remove operational waste, train their people and build AI systems that work in the real world.
